Roastwell Unsalted Macadamia Nuts are the best in South Africa! (The salted ones are pretty good, too, but we try to limit our salt intake). Low on carbs, high on protein, antioxidants and fibre, Roastwell Macadamians have become our early morning breakfast on the go. I have mine in yoghurt with Roastwell Dried Cranberries – yummy! My hubby simply grabs a handful while he’s making coffee, and then takes another handful before he leaves for work. We both suffer from high blood pressure and the even better news (apart from the yumminess) is that MUFAS (monounsaturated fatty acids) abound in magical macadamians and actually lower the risk of heart disease!
