5Quick guide to ordering
When ordering, you can choose from the following options:
- Order as a “Guest” – no login or password required. You will capture address details with each order.
- Create an “account” with a unique username and password to store address details for easy repeat orders.
- Free delivery to main regions in South Africa, if your order is over R900
- Delivery (2-3 days) or Collection of your order, country-wide, (at nearest Pargo point), 5 day.
- Payment by Debit or Credit Card or bank EFT.
If you are not satisfied with your order, then you will be entitled to a FREE return and refund of your order within 7 days. Follow the following steps to order on our website:
1. Select a product category from “Products” menu.
2. Select the product and “Size” of the product, pricing will update automatically.
3. Add or remove multiple products to and from your shopping cart as needed.
4. Go to “Check Out” to use the shipping estimator, or return to shopping.
5. Provide your details and delivery preference during checkout.
6. Orders will be delivered within 5 working days from receipt of payment.
7. For Debit and Credit card payments, select the Payfast payment option.
8. Or select the EFT payment – details will be included in the order confirmation email sent to you.
9. All prices include VAT.

* If selected, you will be contacted to confirm your nearest counter option to collect your order. Nearest Counter options are available through Pargo, our distribution partner. A national network of collection points are available at selected Clicks and Caltex Garages. You will be notified once your order has arrived for you to collect at your convenience.
NB: You will receive an unique PIN by SMS required to collect the order.
